Tour of Gila
Starting last Monday I did my own little tour of gila race. I did a TT on Monday had about a 2hr ride. Tues I did a long road ride, 5hr 20min. Wends I did 4hr 50min and today Thurs I did 2hr on the beach. So tomorrow I must ride at least 5hrs and that would simulate the last day of Gila going over the "Gila Monster".
I feel okay, my legs hurt from doing my gym workout after my ride, but going over some of the hills back home today, my legs started to open up.
This weekend ill do a hilly road race and a crit sat, sun.
