I have found a new dish


this is what i eat now. Everyday now for 4 days

    yeah like i said, we can have a lil thing and ill cook that for my homies. Yogurt is good for you, not to much h but some is very good. You need the bacteria that yogurt holds in your system. Plus its a easy fix for food. Sometime i may add some fruit to it or a Cliff bar,

    When i do my 5-6 hr rides, I stop at a store but a yogurt and eat a banana and im ready to roll the next 2 hrs back home without hurting.

    Verg, do you like oatmeal? I find that to be the best race food I have had...ever.

    I go race in about 2 hrs. wish me luck....we may have sunshine
