In the finals of the junior men’s 17-18 keirin, Justin Williams (Los Angeles, Calif./Major Motion) claimed a national title in the six-up sprint ahead of runner-up David Engwis and third-place finisher Matthew Fox (Highland Park, Ill./Hays on Track).
