Pics From My Ride Today






I did a 5 1/2 hr ride and got to 4000 KJ's for the day. I feel pretty good. Nothing exciting happen on the ride.

    I saw you today on Ballona Creek. I was just getting onto the path and you were hauling on down it. I tried to catch you. Why did I do that? Eventually, I as smart enough to give up! Did you go to PV?

    did you yell?? well I had on my ipod so. I went to the rock then up mahulland all the way across to topanga then home. 5hr 45min 4000kj's. I feel good. back at it same time. maybe ill see you

    I'm surfing tomorrow. I don't ride or race anymore. It's me, Mary from Major Motion. I only ride about once a week just to give my legs a workout.

    Things are good. Carter just turned four. He's great. Ken totalled the bike months ago. He's now whining about getting another one.
