power meter

Power meter. I never knew that you could actually benefit from having one. I know for sure some people purchase them just as a status.
Well, once again I’m very blessed, Alan Lim and TIAA-Cref hooked me up with one. A nice one too, but I think the heart rate strap was used, I almost licked it, and saw that it had white stuff wedged between the grooves on the strap.
I took it out yesterday for the first time and my goal was to see my max watts. I did it on the bike trail riding to Redondo Beach. I hit 1250w in the saddle. I don’t know of that’s good, but when I talk to coach I’m sure he will tell me.
All I can think about is racing in January, doing the Tour Qatar. I’m looking forward to this like the birth of my child. However I was more nervous when I got married.
Tomorrow will be a big day for me, about 6 1/2 hours. I’m going to leave around 6:30am and head North up the coast to Topanga cyn road and take that over to the Simi Valley ride. Do the ride and head back home. I have done this ride one time and it’s a long day. I hope the weather holds up, because we are scheduled to get rain today and tomorrow.

Deerider,
I love the support I get from Bro's like yourself. Its keep me pumping when the legs want to quite. Some Belizians around my area call me the 'black hope" I thinks its pretty funny, however I know I can change things for tons of people who look like me, including my wife and children

jacarna,
sorry about the buddy list thing, that was a mistake and I will never ever use it. Stay on your grind and I look forward to seeing you at some race. If you see big head Eric Saunders, dont let him get away without saying hi, and the same goes for me, I'm never to busy to stop and speak.
cheers,
